"Joshua (Josh) handled the sale of our family home when my father died. His help began with honest thoughts weighing the decisions between keeping the house as an out-of-town landlord, fixing it up to sell or selling it as is. Personally, I don't like to take advice from people who have stuck to the same thing their entire lives; I prefer to work with broad-minded individuals who have widened their perspective. With experience as a realtor in the San Diego market as well as the Fargo-Moorhead scene, Josh has an understanding of nationwide trends, societal cultures and market values as well as having a reliable network of local resources. His insight included the big picture as well as short-term solutions, and they were very valuable as our family considered how to handle the estate. He was professional but completely approachable in a delicate situation, and unfazed by the whirl of emotions that our grief revealed. As a first-time home owner and seller, he was patient and clear in explaining the processes (and did so with attractive visuals!). I found that, when someone dies, it takes a while to report it to everyone who needs to know and handle all that's been left behind- bureaucracy happens, and sometimes you just have to sit and wait. Josh kept vigilant behind the scenes while the entire estate was held up in this waiting period (not a home issue, just part of the probate process), and when my family decided we would sell the house as is, he already had some leads. The house sold in a week to a buyer who has fixed it up respectfully. The entire experience with Josh was pretty painless- especially considering it was my first time doing any of this- and emotionally, I had closure knowing the house is well taken care of, and both the buyer and my family got a fair price. I would highly recommend Josh if you're buying or selling. He's just cool. Not fake-y or sales-y. Thoughtful, creative, lighthearted and easy to work with, but knows how to get it done when it's time to get it done. He's a good one, folks."

"Josh is an excellent real estate agent. Very knowledgeable, and is a Super fun guy to work with and easy to get along with. I sense that he genuinely cares about his clients. I enjoyed working with Josh every step of the way, and the only reason I did not give him five stars overall, is because the carpets were not professionally cleaned as agreed-upon with the sellers, and I was specific about making sure the ceiling repair job was professionally done, and not by the homeowner. It was done by the homeowner, and not textured afterwards to blend. I felt that perhaps he could have followed up with the listing agent in the last couple of days to make sure the carpets were scheduled to be cleaned to avoid a chaotic move-in during subzero temperatures. But all in all, I would recommend Josh to anyone. He will definitely get the job done for you. Thank you Josh for all of your efforts and for making my dream possible, to help my precious kids and I to get a beautiful home we will all enjoy! ??????"
